Ticket Purchase and Attendance
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Attendees must present a valid ticket for entry to the festival. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Attendees must be of legal age, as specified by local laws, to consume alcohol at or access the festival. Valid identification may be required to the discretion of the security team.
The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or exhibit inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
Festival Rules and Regulations
Attendees must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the festival organisers and event staff.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The festival organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Attendees must respect the rights of other attendees, performers, and staff. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Attendees must not bring any prohibited items into the festival premises. Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass containers, and professional recording equipment.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, as per local laws and regulations.
Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the festival. The festival organisers will provide necessary medical facilities and assistance, but attendees attend the festival at their own risk.
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols set by the festival organisers, local authorities, and public health agencies.
The festival organisers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the festival, except in cases of proven negligence.
Performance and Schedule
The festival lineup and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. The festival organisers will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any significant changes.
The festival organisers are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.
Photography and Media Consent
By attending the festival, attendees grant the festival organisers the right to use their likeness, image, or voice in promotional materials, both during and after the event.
Attendees may capture personal photos or videos for non-commercial purposes only. However, professional recording equipment is not allowed without prior authorisation from the festival organisers.
Limitation of Liability
The festival organisers, their affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from attending the festival.
The total liability of the festival organisers, their affiliates, and partners, if found liable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the festival ticket.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the festival takes place.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
